With increasing competition to get into leading colleges in India, many applicants are looking abroad. However, competition at leading universities abroad has also been increasing from both resident and international students. Universities abroad look at an applicants academics as well as a host of other skills – and want to see that applicants have demonstrated this overtime and over a range of activities. Given this, applicants are starting to develop their profiles much earlier on than ever before to ensure that they are really differentiated from their peers.
